It highly depends on top management's prerogatives and who is available internally to do the quality evaluation. If your organizations is a Malcolm Baldrige quality company, then you can probably ask the nearest concerned quality association in your country to do the quality evaluation. It really depends on the situation and needs of the organization. Please let me know further how I can help.

The evaluation of TQM is so tough as I had tried earlier. But I think with your help and support the readers can get much knowledge about the TQM and its policies. It is better to know more about the TQM policies because of its importance.
