ESD Test sign in log not followed for 2 weeks because of construction work

Hello,
I am new to this site and have a situation that I just found out about. We are an ISO 9001 compliant company and I just started work 2 weeks ago. I just found out that a ESD test log was not filled out for 2 weeks because the log was moved during reconstruction at the Heel and Wrist test stand. no one said a word..... that alone will need to be addressed. The gentleman I replaced (due to retirement) was not here when the construction began, and I can a week into the construction.
That is the event chain.
Now how do I document that issue of no sign in log data for nearly 2 weeks so as to explain the missing 2-week log gap in documentation?
