Appropriate Sampling level

My company is having Quality problems from a particular supplier. We are a small business manufacturing a patented waterproof item. I want to create a document identifying potential defects that they may find and establishing a sampling plan for them to inspect our product. What are my next steps. Thanks

With regards to creating a document to identify potential defects, use pictures throughout to show the defects. If there is a chance of misinterpretation use pictures of good product and defective product side by side to show the differences.

To setup a sampling plan, I recommend Snap Sampling Plans!. This software is easy to use and provides results from multiple possible sampling standards.
