If you would like to add more users / PCs to TrainingKeeper, select this option to purchase additional licenses.

TrainingKeeper is network compatible. Purchasing licenses allows multiple users to have full functionality to TrainingKeeper. Multiple users can add / edit / review the data at the same time. Upon purchase you will email the computer's TrainingKeeper serial number to us. We will then send you the unlock license codes for each computer.

If you need more than one license, you can change the quantity within the cart.

Add Your Employees

If you have a spreadsheet of your employees, we can quickly add your employees to TrainingKeeper. This prevents you from typing all the names and pertinent information, and gets you using the software faster.

This is a manual process by our staff. If not already created, your HR software can output the data into a spreadsheet format. We also work with CSV format.

All data is confidential, not shared and deleted from our system after transfer.

Upon payment we will contact you with instructions to complete the data transfer.

Add Your Classes

If you have a spreadsheet of all of your classes, we can quickly add these to TrainingKeeper. This prevents you from typing all the class names.

This is a manual process by our staff. Most companies keep a list of all of their procedures and these procedures can be used to start your class list within TrainingKeeper. We can work with a spreadsheet or CSV format.

TrainingKeeper Monitor

TrainingKeeper Monitor lets any user create reports but prevents the same users from adding or changing data. This is useful for managers, supervisors, and leads who reviews their employees training but don't need to change the data.

Quality Assurance Solutions will work with your company's IT team to install the software. Installation time normally takes less than 30 minutes.

Add Your Certificates

If your company has it's own personal training certificates, we can import these into TrainingKeeper. This includes us adding an icon to the main screen that represents your training certificate. TrainingKeeper software will automatically fill in the fields for each Certificate.
