Quality Management In Projects? -- ( QMiP)

As in the developing countries the total government spending is almost 65 % on big projects in infrastructure building, Roads, Bridges, Dams,Power Generation, Power Transmission and Distribution. Rails, Airports etc.
I have total 34 years of experience in Siemens in various functions. At last Siemens also focused on QMiP. As Siemens also have more than 60 % of business coming from executing Projects.
I was one of team member as part 8 members team members selected to develop the Training Module of QMiP for high value Projects to drive uniformly in all countries in Siemens.

Surprisingly, in ISO 9001- 2008 nothing is specific about the projects. Mostly it covers Product oriented processes.

Why not to develop the good training material for Quality Management in Projects which will directly add the value to customers to improve the profitability.
