Keyword Manager Software
Thanks for your interest in Keyword Manager.
Keyword Manager works with SBI only.
I am reasonably new to SBI. I came to SBI with no experience with regards to HTML and creating web pages. But I have a lot of experience in creating applications for business improvement.
SBI is great. Great community and SBI has tons of tools. SBI is Nicely designed for beginners and has lots of advanced tools too.
Because I’m always looking for tools to do things quicker, I have a tendency to build software applications. So I built Keyword Manager
For example, the SBI Master Keyword List tool is fantastic but it is too slow when you need to sort or narrow the list down by word searches. It is also limited to 1000 words.
Thankfully, SBI allows you to download the keyword list. So I made an application, Keyword Manager, which sucks up the keywords with a push of a button. There is no time delay to sorting and to filter by a specific keyword. I find page ideas quickly. Plus there is no limit to the number of keywords.
As I build pages I realized there were things I wanted done promptly. I didn’t want to worry about memorizing HTML code for links to my other built web pages.
After I build a page, I update Keyword Manager with the URL and then the HTML link is automatically formed. I just copy and paste the link code into the SBI blocks. So now I don’t worry about creating link HTML code for my keyword's URLs.
This is true for pictures too. I upload the pictures into SBI. I then copy and paste the SBI file name and description (from the graphics library) into the Keyword Manager. Keyword Manager then makes the HTML code. I copy and paste the HTML code directly into my web pages and presto the picture shows.
Keyword Manager handles special files. Similar to images, Keyword Manager makes the HTML to link the special files. If I want the reader to open a pdf, Keyword Manager gives me the code.
Keyword Manager works with anchors. If I set anchors on a webpage, It generates the code. I copy and paste this code into my page. Then my readers navigate directly to that anchor.
While building more and more pages, I found that I was using some self crafted HTML over and over again. Whenever I craft HTML code, I now store it in Keyword Manager. I can quickly find this code, copy and paste when needed.
In addition I made a table that has common HTML code. I use this table for reference as needed. Really helpful for newbies like me.
When I make a page, I normally type it out in a text file or MS word first. I wanted to easily track those files. Keyword Manager allows me to open the file with a click.
In addition, Keyword Manager lets me open the actual web page from within the application.
